[Mage]

Mage lay in a pile of leaves his once royal robes now tattered and torn. Over his left eye lay a scar, His once white hair now filled with leaves and brush.

"Ugh... where am I...."
Mage said to himself in his mind. An instant later an aura began to surround his body, it shined a mysterious purple as he slowly opened his eyes.

"Hu..." Mage looked up at the sky, the sun blinding him through the treetops. He then struggled to get up, his whole body feeling sore he stumbled a bit but then made his way to his feet.

"I feel so... drained.." Mage held his hand out trying to materialize something, it began to shape together but soon then crumpled.

"My energy.. my wand-,..that dream..WHERE AM I!!!!"

Mage yelled out in a rage hoping for an answer amongst him. He then realized he was wasting even more of his energy.

He sighed and then began to check his surroundings seeing nothing looking familiar.

[Kurogane]

Kurogane walked through the forest path he had found. The path was a way that Kurogane could find the coconut tree easily, since for some reason, Kurogane didn't trust the other coconut trees. He trudged through the green plants of the jungle, putting aside any overhanging plants.

As he continued down the path, Kurogane saw a faint outline of a figure, and immediately put his hand to his sword, a habit he had grown into on the island. Then, as he slowly got closer, Kurogane was able to regonize the figure as a man. Then man looked dazed at first, since, from Kurogane's perspective, was laying down on the jungle floor. Kurogane then saw the man open his eyes wider, so he slunk deeper into the shadows the jungle plants gave off.

Kurogane looked at the man perspectively, and listened carefully when the man began to speak to himself. From his observation, the man appeared to be trying to make something, but the mutated object that was forming in his hand crumpled into pieces. The man started talking about his energy, his wand, and some type of dream. When the man yelled out "WHERE AM I!!!!" Kurogane smiled.

The man started yelling in madness, making himself look like a madman, but Kurogane just merely smiledin the shadows. When the man finally stopped his shouts of anger, Kurogane stepped out of the shadows, and snwered his question, "You're on a blasted piece of land that floats on a endless piece of water."

[Mage]

As soon as Mage heard the voice he turned in the direction that it came from as his eyes flashed a flicker of purple acknowledging his presence.

Mage listened to the mans answer, not wanting to accept the answer so quickly from a man who's name he didn't even know.

Mage responded in a loud tone.

"Who are you??!?.. How did i get here if what your saying is true.."

Mage's voice began to return to normal after.

"...and what are YOU doing out here anyways?.."

He said standing his ground, he knew that he would need time to conjure his Wandblade if any danger were to arise but he still stood firm.

[Kurogane]

When the man whipped around to face Kurogane, Kurogane just nodded in greeting, but secretly he was watching the man's eyes flicker into a shad of purple, and then turning back into their original shade of color.

Kurogane could tell by the man's face that he didn't want to accept Kurogane's answer to his call, but Kurogane knew he would have to eventually. Then, the man began talking once more. kurogane nodded at each question, not showing his boredom. So far on the island, Kurogane had been asked a billion questions, and he was starting to get tired of them.

When the man finished his array of questions, Kurogane noticed that he seemed to be storing some type of energy or something, so Kurogane kept his hand near his blade, just in case. Then, Kurogane started to answer the man's questions.

"My name is not important here." Kurogane started, "And I do not know how you got here, but I just happened to randomly find myself on the stupid island, and so far I have been here for a few days already." Kurogane paused, since he didn't want to reveal too much information to the man, and then answered the man's last question, "Well, what do you think I'm doing out here anyways? I'm trying to survive, and find my way out of here."

[Sakura Kinomoto]

Sakura was knee deep in water when she felt something on her leg. She was planning on swimming through, but with her drenched clothes and extremely tired body, she didn't think she could get far. She couldn't even get past the waves that crashed onto the shore. "Ahh...!!" She screamed.

Sakura ran back to the beach, panting for breath. She looked down a found a red crab attempting to hold on to the hem of her ripped pajamas. "AHHHH!!" She screamed again, terrified. She started running.

She saw a tall guy and a guy sitting down. She recognized the tall guy to be Kurogane. "KUROGANE!" She screamed. "Help! Help! There's a crab pinching my leg!" She yelped when the crab drew blood and she took out her staff and started hitting it. "Kurogane!" She ran up to him. "Help me kill this crab! It hurts!"

[Mage]

Mage looked at him with a blank stare the whole time the man was talking Mage was thinking to himself.

"Hmm.. with the little bit of energy I have I don't feel anything hostile from him..though he is a little tense".

Mage looked at his hand close to his blade as his eyes flashed purple once again. His attention was re-gained when he heard the other man was in the same situation he was.

"You don't sound like your making this up.. Bu-"

Mage was interrupted by the yelling of a girl. He gave her an odd look as she continued frantically yelling .

"Kurogane is his name hmm.."

[Kurogane]

As Kurogane spoke to the man, he noticed that the man wasn't even paying the closest of attention, so Kurogane just rolled his eyes. Probably examining myself Kurogane thought, for he would always examine the people he met before he assumed anything about them. Kurogane saw the man's gaze go to his blade, and Kurogane instinctively put his hand on his own. When the Kurogane saw the man's eyes flash purple again, he was wondering why that happened.

Then the man started speaking, but he was cut off by the yelling of Sakura, who was begging for Kurogane to get rid of the crab that was pinching hard on Sakura's leg. Kurogane cursed under his breath, for Sakura had revealed his name, and now he had to babysit her. How can she find me all the time!? Kurogane thought, irritated that Sakura mostly managed to find Kurogane.

Inwardly cursing to himself, still, Kurogane stomped off to Sakura, and carefully, so that he wouldn't rip of Sakura's skin that was on her leg, opened up the crab's pincers, and let the crab pinch him rather than Sakura. Wordlessly, except for the curses he muttered to himself, Kurogane flung his whole arm so hard, that the crab flew right off his finger, and into the ocean.

Kurogane then reapproached the man, and said, "You were saying..." pausing, Kuraogne decided to ask before it was too late, "Oh, and you better tell me your name, since you know mine." Then, Kurogane glared at Sakura, hoping if she was to get the message to get her weak butt over to where the two men were.

[Sakura Kinomoto]

"Ah..." Sakura sighed softly, enormously relieved to have gotten the crab off her leg. She hopped from foot to foot, amazingly surprised that she hadn't earlier noticed the hot sand under her feet.

She turned her attention to a man who was looking at her strangely. She thingyed her head, confused. "Hey, Kurogane, who's that man?"

Oops.

Sakura slapped a hand over her mouth and uttered a muffled nervous laugh. Crap. Kurogane was going to murder her and feed her head to the...crabs.

[Mage]

Mage gave both of them an odd look realizing what was going on in front of them.

Mage then blinked out of his trance like state when the girl referred to him as "that man". It slightly irritated Mage that Kurogane demanded for his name. Mage was never demanded to do anything, he was a prince after all. But being out of his scenery and hierarchy he decided to let it go.

Mage gave a slight snicker as he grinned and held out his hand to Kurogane.

"My name is Mage..and for what I was saying.. it wasn't important at all.."

[glow=purple,2,300]Mage then reached out with his right hand to Kurogane as sparkles of purple energy began to disperse from it.[/glow]

"Nice to meet you..I guess.."

His gaze then turned to the girl.

"...and you are?"

[Kurogane]

Kurogane saw Sakura's face turn into relief, and he just sighed in annoyance. Already, Sakura had given his name, and Kurogane didn't want anymore trouble than what was happening now. Then, Sakura asked who was the man, that neither of the two, recogized, but finally, Sakura realized her mistake, and put her hand to her mouth.

Kurogane just rolled his eyes, until he heard a small snicker. He immediately snapped around towards the man, his eyes burning with fire. The man said his name was Mage, and Kurogane groaned to himself, another magician. Then, Mage held out his right hand, and purple sparks dispensed out of his hand. Kurogane just nodded, eyeing Mage's right hand suspciously, as Mage siad it was nice to meet him. Kurogane just grunted as a reply, and Mage asked who Sakura was.

[Sakura Kinomoto]

Oh. Thank God. Sakura breathed a sigh of relief as Kurogane didn't murder her.

She smiled at the man and said, "Sakura. Sakura Kinomoto. I'm a Clow Card magic user. But I lost my Clow Cards." She was annoyed. She said that, again! And after she had decided she was irritated at the amount of times she had said that!!

"So, hello, Mage." She said. "I take it that you're new? We're all stuck on this island. if you think of a good way to get out here, please tell us."

[Mage]

Mage noticed the look in Kurogane's eyes. In an instant his eyes flashed purple and the hand that was once held out to Kurogane began to recollect the sparks that had fluttered away from it.

The sparks then began to collect as they materialized into a blade, The blade itself shined bright silver it was sharp, the edges aligned with a purple emerald carvings. The middle of the blade has the same like emerald substance, but it was translucent and shined low like moonlight. The hilt of the blade itself carved back towards his hand it resembled a talon.

Mage released a heavy breath as he lowered his blade to about waist length.

"That took a lot of energy...I must be weakened.."

He looked over at Sakura ignoring Kurogane's non response but keeping a close eye on him.

"Clow cards... I heard a story of those when I attended a MageKnight academy.."

Mage paused.

"So you must be the girl who had the power to open the book..?"

He asked her seeming interested in her answer.

[Kurogane]

Kurogane saw that Mage had noticed his suspicious look, and once again, his eyes flashed purple while the sparks that were emitted from his hand before were beginning to recollect back to Mage's hand. Then, the sparks that Mage's hand dispense materialized into Mage's blade. As this process was made, Kurogane was studying it very carefully, examining the blade from top to bottom. The blade was very nice and also very decorated. It's a nice blade... Kurogane noted to himself as the sparks continued to materialized into the blade. When all of the sparks disappeared, Mage had released a heavy breath, and Kurogane heard Mage say to himself that he must be weakoned, since it took a lot of energy from him.

Kurogane still said nothing, but kept a close eye on Mage. Kurogane still didn't know Mage well enough to trust him. Actually, Kurogane didn't trust anyone on the island, except for Fai, since you can never trust anybody when you're stuck on an island with no way out. Then, Mage turned his attention towards Sakura, and began speaking to her. The topic, Sakura's Clow Cards, was of no use to Kurogane, so he just leaned against the tree he stood in front of, and partly listened to the conversation.

[Sakura Kinomoto]

Mage held out his hands and sparks erupted from them, leaving a sword in its wake. Sakura's eyes widened, but she still replied to what he said.

"Oh, you've heard of them?" Sakura was genuinely surprised. She was positively sure that no one had ever heard of them before; everyone else on the island didn't look like they were from some planet way out. In other words, they looked all very different. Therefore, they probably have never heard of the Cards. Not to mention, Sakura thought she kept all of it a secret!

Sakura decided not to show any fear. After all, Mage looked as if he could kill Sakura in an instant. She heard him say it was very weakening, and had second thoughts about him killing her.

[Mage]

Mage looked over at Kurogane once more and then back at Sakura once she began to speak. Mage examined her more closely as he thought to himself.

"Hmm she looks potentially harmless, but I sense a great amount of power hidden within herself".

"Yes I have heard of them, ...but I have never witnessed their power first hand, the book they come from must of been a pain to unlock..".

Mage then changed the subject as he fixed his gaze on Kurogane.

"So this can't be the only area on this so called "island" then?"
