Personality:
Yuri's a very playful person. She's headstrong and caring about everyone around her, though she may not come off like that from time to time. She's been a troublemaker ever since first grade forth, and really hasn't seemed to care about it. She holds a lot of unique thoughts on things and overlooks some situations in a more hilarious or playful manner than normal people her age. Or just normal people in general. She's weird and has been weird from day one, but embraces it. Yuri won't leave her partner alone in battle and will be right by his side always. Sure, Yuri's weird, and anyone who has ever talked to her or heard about her will always take that as a first impression and keep away from her. Yuri's unique in her own way, though, that may come off as inexplicably and utterly, universally weird. But she doesn't seem to care. (She's lazy too!) Of course, her laziness and playfulness melts away when faced with a dire situation or combat. The girl takes these things incredibly seriously, and fights alongside her partner unlike many other digidestined.
Weapons/Powers: Yuri is an ordinary human known as a digidestined. Nothing special, besides a strange device called a "digivice" she received when she became a "digimon tamer." It strengthens her bond with Bearmon, and even allows her to allow him to "digivolve." Oh, and if that whole digidestined stuff confused you at all.. A digimon tamer and a digidestined are the same thing.

Well, she does have one power, but it really isn't ever used - and probably won't be used ever. She can manipulate light aura - forming the strange essence into a strange gassy form. Of course, she can't do much with it besides make puffy balls of aura. And that wears her out terribly.



Her bond and feelings of hate, love, and joy are channeled through the digivice without choice, and sometimes they can even make Bearmon power-up or digivolve into a "dark" form. Should he be forced into a "dark" form, Bearmon will lose his personality traits completely and become nothing short of a fiend that lives only to taste blood. Even Yuri will be unable to return him back without any drastic movements, once he goes into a dark form.

History:
Bearmon was simply an egg as his tamer, Yuri, learned about digimon with a stranger named Naoko. They figured out, together, that the digimon, who came from a laptop, must have come from a separate world. Holding up their digivices, they were sucked into the laptop and found each other in seperate places in the digital world. Yuri found her egg as it fell from the sky, and this held Bearmon in it. After a close encounter with a Tuskmon, she made her way back to the real world. The egg hatched on arrival and out came Botamon, Bearmon's baby level. Yuri taught three new kids about the digimon and their world, and they all split their seperate ways. Yuri went to her house and went back to the digital world through her laptop, meeting another kid with a Terriermon. Going back into the real world, she quickly went over to the restaurant due to Botamon being hungry. On the way there, he digivolved swiftly into Wanyamon. He, apparently, had a habit of saying "~nya" at the end of any sentence or half of his words. She met up with one of the new tamers, his name being Kitsumaru, and they were forced to look outside as a wild Sangloupmon had attacked. The in-trainings of theirs, being Tokomon and Wanyamon, stood no chance against him. A kid with his Agumon also tried to battle, but to no avail. Another person, digimonless, witnessed the battle, and Yuri ran after him to talk. He quickly became a tamer to a young Leafmon.

After a dangerous encounter with Jericho, now known as Haze, Yuri and Wanyamon were both filled with hate for the betrayer. (He was one of three kids they met earlier.) The two went to the digital world to track down a legendary digimon that could help them and came back to the human world after a failed discovery. Wanyamon, then, digivolved into Bearmon, which left the two rejoicing. As they met a new kid named Francis, whose partner was a pink Upamon, they went to the digital world. Upamon digivolved into a pink Armadillomon and they found the Digiegg of Love. Francis took it and digivolved Armadillomon into Sheepmon. Not soon after, Bearmon digivolved into Grizzmon to protect his tamer and the two quickly defeated their enemy. Yuri and Bearmon, then, went back to the real world and went out of action for a bit to rest. They had too much of fighting and were pondering on what to do. As they went out again, they met two tamers and another tamer, one being evil and the other two protecting their innocent digimon. Bombmon and Kokomon and Hitan and Chris were against Kumori and Dorimon, who quickly ran away at sight of Bearmon and Yuri. After a few more encounters, Bearmon decided to go to Grizzmon to try and defeat Dorimon and Kumori once and for all. His 'demon eyes' were able to shatter minds and he had killed off Hitan's entire family, and nearly Kokomon, so now the two were pissed. As he got away, the two fell back and regrouped. Hitan had enough of being a tamer, so Bearmon, Chris, Yuri, and Missimon were all left to plan. Yuri went to the digital world to then train with the kid with the Terriermon, and he digivolved to Gargomon. They were all prepared now. During this time, the kid with the Agumon was able to get back to Britain, where he belonged.

Bearmon, Yuri, a new kid being Eric with his Moonmon, a new kid being Bien with his Lillymon, and a new kid being Midori with her Guilmon all fought against Kumori and his gang. They were now DexDorugreymon, Kumori, CJ, and Salamon. (Moonmon, Eric, CJ, and Salamon abstained from the hard fighting.) Yuri was able to get a grip over herself with fighting and digivolved Bearmon into WereGarurumon, who quickly defeated him with swift blows. Bien moved to America, Guilmon died due to an injury from a fight with an Apemon, and Salamon digivolved into BlackGatomon. The two, after an epic journey, found the Digiegg of Spirit stuck in a tree and were able to digivolve Bearmon into Maildramon. Yuri was, soon after, teleported to a strange dimension upon which she was tested where Bearmon had dissapeared. As it backfired on itself, Yuri was transported along with Bearmon with a bunch of tamers from all over the place to fight their new enemy; MV1. He deleted Yggdrassil and Yuri and Bearmon finally biomerged into a small foxlike digimon, known now as FoxExemon. They were saved from being deleted by Yggdrassil's dying wish, and they were teleported home, only to be stuck, known as a stray puppy in the streets until they met up with Eric and Lunamon again. They split into Yuri and Bearmon, who quickly afterwards armor digivolved Bearmon, with the digiegg of Spirit, into Maildramon and flew off to their house. They went to the digital world and found a bunch of tamers fighting Belphemon, and Kumori's group and Yuri's group drew a peace treaty until MV1 and the Demon Lords were taken care of. Bearmon warp digivolved to his holy mega's side, activated only once due to Yuri's incredible will to protect. He then went to Core mode and used his strongest attack; Core Final Assault. He exploded, damaging Belphemon well, but at the cost of himself. Yuri then walked off, surprised, and freaked out at some ancient ruins. She was sent to the human world by her now-ally, CJ, along with his BlackGatomon, who knew that she couldn't get back with her broken digivice. She moped in her room before realizing that she needed to take action and support the next generation of tamers. In a flash, her laptop glowed to show Bearmon's egg coming to her.

The girl gasped, and Bearmon's egg landed in her lap, hatching on the spot and latching to her face. Yup, he was a Botamon again. It was back to be beginning. Or so it seemed, since right away Yuri got excited and really happy again. Because of her feelings of excitement, joy, and relief, Botamon instantly digivolved into Wanyamon, before morphing again into Bearmon. Yuri laughed, looking to her friend. "Bearmon, you're heavy!" Suddenly, the screen on her laptop lit up again. Why was this happening? Yuri didn't invoke a digi-port. A bright light flashed, and the two saw no more. When they woke up, it seemed to be at least a couple hours later. Apparently, they weren't in the digital world. If they were in, the two would have been changed into data.. However, they weren't. This wasn't the real world, either. Where were they? An island. And they were pretty darn close to the Omashi. Speaking of which, they had been found by a guard and brought into the village, themselves both being enlisted as guards at the same post. Fun, fun.
Personality:
Bearmon is protective of his tamer and is always looking out for her, whether it's apparent or not. He's incredibly courageous, hardheaded, and carefree, his personality mirroring his tamer's. He hates arguing with her, and really doesn't do so too often though it's quite possible for the two to do so. He's smarter than Yuri but may be a little bit quieter than her every so often.
Weapons/Powers: Bearmon's a strange one, alright. He's not human, in fact, he's a digimon. Digimon is short for "digital" and "monster," relating the fact that he's literally from the computer and a monster of sorts. He has multiple "attacks" that he may use while in his Bearmon form, and they usually focus on close combat things. Speaking of forms.. Bearmon has a strange ability like other digimon. It's known as 'digivolution,' of course a mix of digital and evolution. There are multiple forms that a digimon may attain - many of them being only unlocked upon meeting their human partner. The ranks of power will be listed as well as the forms below. Descriptions are before that.

Fresh: Think of it like a baby.
In-Training: A baby that can speak.
Rookie: A child that pwns. (In Japanese, this level is actually referred to as child.)
Champion: An adult that pwns. (In Japanese, it's adult, dood.)
Ultimate: Some thingy that pwns.
Mega: Some ownage thing that owns.
Biomerge: The tamer and digimon combine into one form, equaling pwnage.

Bear Sphere « Bearmon opens his mouth and draws energy from within himself into a ball of energy. He may then launch it at the foe. It's very unstable and can explode without purpose or reason due to him not having trained it much.

Exe Ray « The diamond on FoxExemon's forehead glows and FoxExemon fires a ray of volcanic energy from her mouth.
Incoming « FoxExemon wraps into a ball and spins rapidly, slamming into the enemy.
Collar Boomerang « FoxExemon stands on two feet and pulls his spiked collar of his neck and throws it at the enemy. It returns afterwards.
Pup Inferno « FoxExemon opens his mouth and a tiny ball of flame begins forming. It grows slowly and becomes a massive sized ball, and it is fired at the enemy when FoxExemon desires it to be.

Appearance: FoxExemon Redemption Mode.
Attacks: Inferno Blast « FoxExemon Redemption Mode fires a stream of blue flames from his mouth.
Redemption Beam « FoxExemon Redemption Mode opens his mouth and charges a powerful beam of holy energy, which he fires at the foe.
Volcanus Paw « FoxExemon Redemption Mode slashes the foe with an intense, fiery paw.
Triple Sanctification « FoxExemon holds out his three tails to the direction his head is facing and they each glow. A ball of light focuses in front of each tail, and they fire a ray of energy to a single ball of light in front of FoxExemon Redemption Mode before shooting a ray to an ally to heal them.
Kitsune no Aura « FoxExemon Redemption Mode focuses all of his holy aura into a single, powerful attack that he fires at the foe. It takes one more post before he can move again, due to having to regenerate his energy.
Wolf's Avatar « FoxExemon Redemption Mode goes into a rage, the aura around him now able to scald foes that touch him and heal allies that touch his aura. He can use any of his attacks with twice or more the power while in this state, but his energy drains quickly and he is forced to de-digivolve after a couple minutes in this form.
Power:

Drawback: Both Yuri and Bearmon in this form are incredibly powerful. However, they both cannot be in this form for long as it wears them out quickly and drains them of energy. If they're in this form for too long, it's quite possible one or both could die. Because of this, FoxExemon Redemption Mode has been labeled by the two as a forbidden digivolution - one they will never use unless deemed ultimately necessary.

Maildramon's wings were outspread and did not flap, yet he was able to fly throughout the sky normally. Yuri was sitting on his neck and looked below her, somewhat shuddering. Secretly, she was scared of heights but she would not let anyone know about it. Only Bearmon knew and the two would keep that secret safe.

Maildramon looked down at the lake and decided to land where there was no forest. Slowly, he flapped his wings to keep himself from crashing into the ground. "Hey.. Maildramon.", Yuri said. The two now were on the ground and Yuri hopped off the armor digimon.

Maildramon degenerated into Bearmon via means of a white light, which then moved and connected with Yuri's digivice. "Yeah?", Bearmon questioned, smiling. He walked up to Yuri and stretched a bit. It felt odd to become a winged, armored thing and then turn back into his normal self.

"I was just thinking.. Calling you Bearmon and Maildramon and Grizzmon and stuff is kinda strange, I mean your name changes constantly. Don't you wish you had a permanent name that stayed with you no matter what form you're in?", she said, thinking of him digivolving as she said so.

"Yeah, it might be a bit confusing for you and any other people. And I mean, it kinda makes me think too. You're Yuri no matter what mood you're in.", Bearmon explained, giggling at the last part.

Yuri smiled. "I mean, you'll always be the same digimon and best friend to me, but I think a name would do you good.", Yuri said, laughing. It was true, and she felt really close to Bearmon, bond-wise. "I think of you as my best friend and as family, kinda like a younger brother.", she added, smiling.

Bearmon smiled. "Okay then! But I'll just call you Yuri like normal. What do you think?", Bearmon chirped. The two smiled. "I'll call you Otouto. How about Oto for short?", Yuri said, smiling.

Bearmon nodded at the word. "Alright! Oto it is! Haha!", Bearmon said, smiling and laughing. Yuri smiled as well, looking around. "There's no TV nearby that I can see." Bearmon smirked. "Then we'll need to get into the air to find one, now, won't we?", he questioned.

Yuri nodded, pulling her digivice from her pocket. She held it towards Bearmon. "Ready?", Yuri questioned, the digivice glowing. "Ready!", Bearmon responded, now glowing.

"Digimental Up!", she announced, a light shooting from the screen of the digivice to Bearmon. A sphere with star points at the ends of it covered him. Inside, he was changing rapidly and drastically.

Two golden wings appeared out of his back. His arms changed into animalistic legs. His head was now plated, and the star-like sphere burst open. "Maildramon, the Wings of Spirit.", the metallic Bearmon announced, calmly glowing golden.

Yuri pocketed her digivice as Maildramon stopped glowing. He lowered himself and picked Yuri up, standing back up. "Ready, Ane?", he questioned in a monotone metallic voice. Yuri nodded and held onto his neck.

The armor digivolved form of Bearmon flapped his wings once, which sent the two high into the sky. He flapped his wings carefully and lowered himself a bit closer to the ground, still high in the sky for an aerial view. "See anything yet?", he questioned. Yuri shook her head and continued to look around.

She found one -- finally. Resting inside the lake. "Okay then, Oto, get ready to divebomb!", she announced, bracing herself. Maildramon quickly launched into the water, leaving a huge splash left over. Yuri quickly raised her digivice to the TV and the two were sucked in.
